These terms apply when you use the Maxprotectke website or book our services. By using the website or confirming a booking you agree to them. A separate written agreement, where you have one with us (for example a commercial contract), takes precedence.
Recommendations and price estimates
Recommendations and prices shown on the website are estimates based on the information you give us. The final scope and price are confirmed after inspection, or in your quotation, and may change if the property or infestation differs from what was described.
Bookings
- We verify your phone number before confirming a booking.
- Please give us accurate details about the property, the pest problem and who will be present, including children, pets and anyone with health concerns.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, tell us as early as possible. Any charges for late changes will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Preparation and safety instructions
Treatment results and safety depend on following the preparation, re-entry and aftercare instructions we give you. We may postpone or adjust a treatment if an area is not safe to treat.
Service warranty
Eligible treatments are backed by our service warranty. Warranty terms depend on the pest, the treatment selected and whether our preparation and prevention recommendations are followed, and are confirmed with your booking or contract. Some pests need more than one visit, and re-infestation from neighbouring properties or the wider environment may fall outside the warranty.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed with your booking or quotation. Commercial clients are invoiced according to their agreement.
Careers and the Academy
Applying does not guarantee an interview, admission or employment. Academy completion does not automatically guarantee employment with Maxprotectke. Sponsorship approval is not automatic, and exact financing, employment and placement terms are governed by the applicable written agreements.
Using the website
- Do not misuse the website, submit false information, upload harmful files or try to access systems you are not allowed to.
- Content on the website, including text, photos and logos, belongs to Maxprotectke or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
- Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Liability
We carry out our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate information given to us, instructions not being followed, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Kenyan law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute.
