Cockroach Control

Why They Keep Coming Back

Cockroaches move between units through shared drains — spraying what you see never reaches the source.

Why They Keep Coming Back

  • Shared Drains & Pipes

Cockroaches move through drainage systems between units.

  • Neighbouring Infestations

They can come from nearby apartments or buildings.

  • Food & Water Sources

Accessible food, grease and moisture attract them.

  • Poor Treatment Methods

Sprays only kill what you see, not the source.

Swipe to follow the treatment

  1. 01

    01 / Inspect

We identify where cockroaches are harbouring, feeding and moving — not simply where you’ve happened to see them.

  2. 02

    02 / Target

We focus treatment on active and likely harbourage areas around kitchens, cabinets, appliances, cracks and other relevant zones.

  3. 03

    03 / Treat

We use the MaxEco treatment approach recommended for the infestation identified during inspection.

  4. 04

04 / Look beyond the kitchen

Where relevant, we inspect and address external sources such as manholes and drainage areas that may be contributing to cockroach activity.

  5. 05

    05 / Monitor & follow up

Where the MaxEco Protection Plan is recommended, we continue monitoring the property and provide scheduled check-ups and additional treatment where required under the plan.

The cockroach you see isn’t necessarily where the problem starts.

What to expect

Tap a stage for the details. Your technician confirms anything specific to your property when you book.

Preparation required

Store open food and utensils away, clear the counters, and empty the areas under the sink and around appliances so harbourage zones can be reached. Your technician confirms anything else when booking.

During treatment

Your technician explains the plan before starting. Children, pets and anyone not involved stay out of the areas being treated until the technician says it is safe to return.

After treatment

Your technician tells you when the kitchen can be used and which surfaces to wipe before preparing food. Avoid washing treated cracks and harbourage areas until advised.

Follow-up

Scheduled check-ups and any additional treatment are included where the MaxEco Protection Plan is recommended; otherwise we advise whether a follow-up is needed.

Warranty & plan terms

Warranty cover depends on the treatment selected and on following our preparation and prevention advice. Your booking confirms the exact terms. MaxEco Protection Plan terms, where recommended, are set out in your plan.
