Rodent Control
Why They Keep Coming Back
Rodents return through the same unsealed gaps until access points and sanitation are addressed.
Why They Keep Coming Back
-
Easy Access Points
Small gaps in walls and roofing let them back in.
-
Food & Water Sources
Kitchens, stores and drains offer easy meals.
-
Poor Sanitation
Uncleared waste keeps drawing new rodents in.
-
Lack Of Prevention
No sealing or monitoring after the first treatment.

How our bait stations work
Bait stations keep bait contained and controlled instead of leaving it loose around the property.
Tamper-resistant
Stations are designed to keep bait inside and out of reach of children and pets.
Placed on activity routes
We position stations along the routes and areas where the inspection found signs of rodents.
Checked, not forgotten
On service visits we check each station for activity and bait consumption and record what we find.
Part of a bigger plan
Stations control activity; sealing access routes and prevention measures stop new rodents getting in.
What to expect
Tap a stage for the details. Your technician confirms anything specific to your property when you book.
Preparation required
Give access to the ceiling, stores, kitchen and any area where you have heard or seen activity. Tell us about children, pets and other animals on the property so station placement accounts for them.
During treatment
Your technician inspects, installs stations where appropriate and shows you where they are. Please don’t move or open the stations.
After treatment
Keep food stored in sealed containers and clear waste regularly. Report new noises, droppings or damage so we can respond.
Follow-up
Monitoring visits check stations and activity. We recommend how often based on what the inspection finds.
Warranty & plan terms
Warranty cover depends on the treatment selected and on following our preparation and prevention advice. Your booking confirms the exact terms.
