Lead a team of pest-management technicians in the field: quality, safety, reporting and client relationships on every job your team touches.

What you will do

Lead, coach and supervise technicians on residential and commercial jobs
Check treatment quality, safety compliance and PPE use on site
Review digital job reports and follow-up schedules for accuracy
Handle escalations from clients and resolve them professionally
Coordinate daily deployment with operations

What we are looking for

Experienced pest-management technician with leadership capability
Professional pest-control training
Legally authorised to work in Kenya
Strong communication, integrity and reliability
Confident with digital reporting and company systems
